The ADACT ADAC Viewer provides access to a free XML viewing tool for informational and general-use purposes only. The viewer is intended to assist engineers, surveyors, asset managers and developers in reviewing ADAC XML files. ADACT does not create, verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of the data presented from uploaded XML files.
The tool is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for certified engineering validation, council acceptance processes, survey verification, or proprietary ADAC software. Users are solely responsible for confirming the correctness, context, suitability and use of any results derived from this viewer.
Terms and Conditions
- Use of data: The viewer may be used for professional and commercial review workflows, but it is provided free of charge and without warranty. By using this viewer, you acknowledge that uploaded data is suitable for browser-based review and does not contain confidential, personal, restricted, or otherwise sensitive information.
- Intellectual property: The ADACT ADAC Viewer interface, structure, source code, branding and associated content are the intellectual property of ADACT unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the viewer without prior written consent.
- Data accuracy and interpretation: While the viewer aims to parse and display ADAC XML content accurately, ADACT does not warrant that displayed data is free from errors, omissions, schema interpretation differences, coordinate issues, or misclassification. Users must independently confirm interpretations using appropriate software, source records, and professional judgment.
- Liability: To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, ADACT disclaims liability for loss, damage, delay, decisions, rework, compliance issues, or indirect and consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, outputs generated by this viewer.

- Third-party data sources: Map backgrounds, cadastre, council, utility, REST service, and other reference overlays may be supplied by third-party data providers. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the relevant provider terms, licences and attribution requirements, including services such as Unitywater public data where applicable.
